I tried Avinol tablets with irregular results. But when I tried the Avinol melts the results were consistant. I am so happy I tried the Avinol melt form. I will continue to use this product.
I’m still trying Avinol tabs and quick dissolve. I have chronic insomnia and these sleep aids work sometimes but not always. They worked in the beginning but then stopped. I haven’t given up.
I take one tablet just before I turn out the lights. It's really improved the quality of my life - both at night and during the day when I'm well rested!
